Structural Water Damage

On the left we see severe structural damage caused by water seepage in the crawlspace under the house.

This type of damage, like all crawlspace damage progresses silently. The homeowner does not know about the damage until it is too late.

Crawlspace Insects

On the right we see the contamination of the bathroom by mold which originated in the crawlspace below the house. This type of damage is silent and pervasive.

Mold, especially black mold, is dangerous to the health and safety of children and adults. It can cause many types of illnesses from asthma to sever alergic headaches.

In the graphic above we see a nest of insects that are attracted to the crawlspace by dampness.

Ants, spiders, roaches and other types of insects can nest under the house and eventually find their way into the kitchens and bathrooms of the house above.
